At Zucca the food is elegant but simple, including locally sourced produced. Some of Richard’s signature dishes include Cavatelli pasta with braised duck and pistachio, the classic meat ragu ‘Bolognese’ made with Buffalo meat sourced from the Puddledub Farm, in Fife, a variety of Risottos that reflect both seasonality and the chefs’ creativity; and many other dishes which range from the classical to the most innovative combination maintaining a Mediterranean theme. We also offer a great selection of wines, reflecting the best style each Italian region has to offer.
